Craig & Sons Termite & Pest Control, Inc, is taking important, reasonable steps to protect the health of ourselves, our customers, and our communities. Here are some of the new measures we are implementing for your safety. 

First, we will be stepping back to allow a minimum of six feet from your door after knocking. All of our employees will have gloves, masks, shoe covers, and safety glasses available, if we enter your home. Invoicing and payment can be done online and/or by telephone to limit in-person interaction. 

Every vehicle has been equipped with Instant Soap & Water to use after each visit. Our goal is to help rid your property of the insects, rodents, and other pests that may be spreading disease or creating environments that are pathogen-friendly. Employee Safety

We have modified schedules, set up remote access, and re-arranged our office space, to allow for the appropriate social distancing. In-person contact is minimized through online form submission, calls instead of meetings, and expedited contact when supplies or equipment is restocked. 

We have also made it possible for our Technicians to go straight to appointments without needing to clock-in at our Redlands or Riverside offices. Healthy employees help protect healthy customers and we will do all we can. If you have any questions, please contact our offices.
